This week I received this gem in the mail. For the past year I and The Shack North Studio and Rehearsals have been a part of this massive creative endeavor. When Rich Ulloa asked me to come on board for this Pete Ham tribute I never imagined it would take us on such a nifty path. As a lifelong Badfinger fan I jumped at the honor. Originally we were brought on, by Rich, as one of the many studios where this would be recorded. For us, this project quickly evolved into not just recording but producing, performing, writing and mixing in collaboration with some of my musical heroes. Such as, but not limited to, Stan Lynch (Tom Petty) Dennis Diken (The Smithereens) and Rob Bonfiglio and Nelson Bragg from Mr. Beach Boys himself Brian Wilson’s ensemble.

We also were able to bring some of our local heroes into the project. Recommending Electric Piquete and Timothy LaRoque to interpret Pete’s music.
To receive this completed labor in the mail was a great feeling. Rich and the entire Y&T team Don and Jim knocked it out of their park. Thank you for letting us contribute to this epic piece of music history. BAD-ASS-MUTHA-FUKIN-FINGER- HAM

We have been working with the Fairytales group for years now. We’re so happy to be a part of something this cool and fresh. Very nifty Quarantine listen. Great to share with kids.
