I have been on Facebook since the very early days - joined September 7, 2007. That’s almost exactly 17 years. I have my weekly Just Two Dads Podcast that Shawn Francis and I do live here and I have loved my time on here. Until recently.
To take care of my own mental health and to minimize the amount of damage from outside stimuli such as the noise that social media provides, I am taking a break from all of it. If you know me personally, you can text me or call me or email me or reach me on LinkedIn but even there, I will have limited exposure.
I may be back but for a while, I am done here. My love for you all has not changed. After all, is always the name of the game for me. Look at the world through lenses of love, folks, and it’s a much better place.
