I decided there is a need for a page which can bring POSITIVE information to the West Plains area in the way of good conversation, good food, inspirational thinking, good recipes and ideas. There may be things I have left out, which can be added later, but right now, its a matter of getting the site up and running and seeing if people might enjoy reading it.
