What to expect
for 2023?
Eccentric Artists will be celebrating our anniversary at the 3rd annual Shameless Plug Arts Festival! Our event is FREE and open to the public and serves as an accessible, collaborative, and celebratory space—created to ease the competitive environment that often comes with being an artist in today’s world. We’re bringing back all things familiar: live stage performances, artist booths and another oddly familiar screening — that’s right! We’re bring back our film challenges to Fergusons Downtown! Join us for the screening and vote for the audience award favorite! Our event will also be Co-Hosted by the talented Serenity Garcia!
WHAT IS THE THEME?
We’re rewinding back to the late 90s and early 2000s, a time when a lot of us were growing up. It’s all about healing your inner child and staying true to what made them happy! So dress up in your best Y2K outfit, and/or halloween Y2K themed fits to our festival and pose with our Photo Booth!

Introducing Hooligan Studios' latest endeavor - not one, not two, but THREE stunning quarterly magazines, each synchronized with the rhythm of the seasons.

Do you have stories that can transport us to enchanted realms? Poems that can make our hearts skip a beat? Prose that can tickle our funny bones? Whatever your gift, we want to bask in the brilliance of your imagination! The Fall Edition is upon us, and the clock is ticking! September 4th is the magic date when your masterpieces must dance their way into our inbox: [email protected].

But hey, artists, we haven't forgotten about you! Whether you wield a paintbrush, a pen, or a camera, we want your visual feast to grace our pages! This is our city’s first small comics and zines event that promotes zines and other forms of DIY print culture. Founded in 2019, as a group effort by three friends, it was created as a safe and inclusive space for creators to share niches or express their thoughts and ideas including topics that aren’t often discussed in mainstream media.
