I’m just a girl saved by God, powered by Grace, yoga, fitness, & testimony. I am a Philanthropist, entrepreneur, brand ambassador, yogi, runner, peloton ridin, oenophile, veganish mom who enjoys her family, her friends, photography, red wine and fresh green peas (as long as they are not tucked into my mattress).

As a woman, I have learned that much like Eleanor Roosevelt says, "Women are like teabags. You don't know how strong they are until you put them in hot water." I grow stronger each day with the aid of God, Jesus and the support of my boys and my #framily Don't get shrimpified by the small stuff and remember it's all small stuff.
