At 𝙃𝙚𝙡𝙤𝙩𝙚𝙨 𝙉𝙚𝙞𝙜𝙝𝙗𝙤𝙧𝙨 Magazine, we're thrilled to welcome 2025 with our revamped January issue featuring Meredith Keller, a remarkable single mother and entrepreneur. For nearly 15 years, she has successfully raised her two children, Sienna (17) and Scott (19), while navigating the complexities of motherhood and career. Since early 2022, Meredith has served as the publisher of 𝙃𝙚𝙡𝙤𝙩𝙚𝙨 𝙉𝙚𝙞𝙜𝙝𝙗𝙤𝙧𝙨 Magazine with Best Version Media, a role she finds incredibly fulfilling as it allows her to deeply connect with the residents and business owners in the Helotes community. 😍

In the heart of West Texas, Dylan and Paige Homen have found their own version of Oz. Like Dorothy in the classic film, they've discovered that there truly is no place like home. After a brief sojourn in Kentucky, this Lubbock-born couple has returned to their roots, embracing the warmth and community spirit of the Hub City. Dylan and Paige are high school sweethearts whose romance blossomed in the halls of Lubbock Cooper High School. Today, they are proud parents to three beautiful children. 😍

Today is National Cheeseburger Day. Feed your inner burger beast with one of the best cheeseburgers in the San Antonio area, and head over to Cuarto de Kilo in Helotes for a delicious mesquite-grilled burger. Cuarto de Kilo was voted Best New Restaurant and 2nd Best Burger by the Current recently. Come by taste what all the hype is about.

Tried the new Chef's Table restaurant, next to the Silverado theater, for lunch today. It's Turkish/Mediterranean food and it's outstanding!! It's a family business and the owner's son , Ivan, was great. All of the tables and chairs are handmade by the owner's brother in Turkey, and every piece is beautiful. Please support them and spread the word.
