To whom it may concern!!!
Dark United Media is under new ownership (Omar Santana Guerra ) previous ownership is no longer involved in any shape way or form!!! with anything to do with this label or Conjuring Records .
ALL Past Contracts AND AGREEMENTS are null and void!! I am very fair if anything is owed I will try to make it right on my part if I am able to .meaning shipping costs will be paid by band or possibly split...now there is a particular band or individual who is unable to accept the changeover of owners or with me trying to make things right even I have tried but this persons disrespectful words are not appropriate or appreciated when an effort to help on DUM part was made, a certain CD was produced never got delivered to bands please know I am not obligated to fulfill any contract obligations that was with previously done Period. I am willing to do and help in any way I can with in reason.
