A family all inclusive…….in St. Lucia?!?🏝️

That’s right!! Coconut Bay Beach Resort and Spa is where my clients will spend the week after Christmas 2026 🎉 This resort offers an amazing oceanfront setting with 1 mile of beach. It has both an adult only side as well as a family friendly side. It has 9 restaurants, 5 pools, spa, water park, water sports and so much more! I was shocked at the price point as it is a more affordable option. And with a backdrop like that…..why wouldn’t you want to go!

This will be the best holiday detox 😂 and I can’t wait for a few pics ☀️

Group travel is one of my favorite things to plan. I love putting together all the elements and figuring out the technicalities of the details. I am so lucky to have several large groups that I get to work with yearly.

I just got to help one of my groups set up travel to Secrets Vallarta Bay in Puerto Vallarta. We got them 9 rooms set up for December 2026! This pacific coast city will be a nice change of pace from their last group trip. This adults only all inclusive sits on Banderas Bay and is very close to the famous El Malecon boardwalk. They can relax by the pool or venture out if they want to explore!

If you love to travel and want to go with friends, keep me in mind! Lots of things to think about with groups and it’s so much simpler to have someone taking care of the details for you!!

I am so excited to say I have the entire weekend off!!🎉 That isn’t a very common occurrence in my world. This job has its high seasons and low seasons. In this industry we call it the wave season. Mine started early this year as I got 26 quote requests this weekend 🤗 Y’all I feel the love!!

I am trying to stay caught up as I work through them. Requests for travel soon are taking priority. I will try to get something to everyone by Monday!

Valentin Imperial 🇲🇽

I had clients come to me wanting to take in Mexico 🇲🇽 for the first time. They wanted something with a tropical feel and a little less cookie cutter. We went through several options before settling on Valentin Imperial. This resort has a big following of repeat clients. It offers a nice vibe with things to do but still can be a bit more relaxed. I think it will be a great option for their first trip!

We got them nonstop flights from Dallas that get them into Cancun by 11am. We have roundtrip transfers scheduled and a 5 night stay in a silver Junior suite. I sent over a custom itinerary with all the info they need right down to dress codes for dinner and app information! All they have to do is pack their bag. I hope they enjoy every second and enjoy the relaxation.

Secrets Playa Blanca is located in the beautiful Costa Mujeres. I absolutely love this area, the beaches and the location. It is a top spot for me in Cancun. I site toured this resort last year and loved it from the second I got out of the cab. I am SO excited to be traveling to this resort in October. I am going to take 3-4 other couples along for the week and enjoy it all together.

We will enjoy 4 nights in Swim Out Junior Suites ❤️ I will work my magic to hopefully get us side by side. The swim out here are more private and look amazing. We will enjoy the sites as we spend a day at Isla Mujeres. I also will get us girlies a spa day set up!!

🏖️ Did you know Royal Caribbean just opened a new beach club?? You can spend the day at a beach without going far from the ship! 🛳️

Royal Beach Club Paradise Island is a new, 17-acre private beach club in Nassau, Bahamas, offering a day-pass experience with beaches, pools, swim-up bars, dining, and entertainment for cruise ship guests. It features three distinct zones (Party Cove, Family Beach, Chill Beach) with amenities like unlimited drinks, food, Wi-Fi, and transportation, accessible via a ferry from the cruise port. Access requires purchasing a day pass, which is booked as a shore excursion and is separate from ship packages.

I got to see it being built when I was there in June so it’s cool to finally see the final product! ☀️

Wow…..2025 was one for the books!!! I had goals at the beginning of the year and I far surpassed what I had set. I traveled more than I anticipated, saw so many new things, learned so much from trial and error, and made memories of my own. I saw Vegas, Disneyland, made 3 visits to Disney World, traveled to Cancun 3 times, experienced Utopia of the Seas, and explored Chicago. I flew Salina, Hays, Denver and Wichita. I made the BEST memories with so many different people. The year was tough for many reasons but with challenges comes growth. When I look back at 2025, it makes me excited for what 2026 may bring!

For those that supported me in 2025, thank you! This is a job I truly love and I can’t wait to help create more memories in 2026! ✈️🏝️🏰🎢☀️

What’s the best part about a conference in Orlando for mom and dad?? A visit to Disney World for the kids of course 💃🏼

My clients will be in Orlando for work so they decided to take in some area attractions. They will get to enjoy Sea World upon arrival. After a few days at conference they will head over and stay a few nights at Disney’s Art of Animation in a Finding Nemo room 🐠 I think the kids are at the perfect age for this resort. Its theming is on point, the room size is generous and I love the Disney music in the food court! It’s a whole vibe.

They will spend a day at Magic Mingdom and a day at Epcot. I think those parks will be a good fit for the ages of kids. Tomorrow I will see if we can work some magic and get boutique makeovers and possibly some princess dining! It will be the best end to their time in Orlando. Can’t wait to put together the details!

This amazing ship will be a great spot for my clients to enjoy some family time!

I had a good client message me looking for a multigen family trip to celebrate an anniversary. They were thinking a cruise but didn’t want the 7 night. They have 6 kids that are mostly teens. The boys like sports, the girls like to stay busy. I felt like Utopia of the Seas would be a perfect fit!! I took my teens on it this past summer and their biggest regret was that it wasn’t longer. We got them all booked in Central Park Balcony rooms and will sort out the details as we move forward.

I can’t wait for them to experience this ship and hope the enjoy every second at sea!

Our family has been back and forth on our summer vacation plans. Our schedule is crazy between all the kids so we have small windows to fit things in. I wanted to try something new. I threw out Costa Rica, Hawaii and the Dominican but I got no no and no. 🤣 So I asked them all what they wanted to do and I got 5 of the same answer…….Xcaret 🇲🇽 It is a family favorite for sure. I went ahead and got us booked for 6 nights. It won’t be enough time for everything but it will be a nice break.

Hotel Xcaret offers the all inclusive amenities that we love. We are an active family and love the planned days full of zip lines, kayaks and river swims. There are so many activities unique to the area and that’s exactly what we love. The landscape and beauty of the resort is unlike anything else. They are so excited and can’t wait to be back!

Do you know that Walt Disney World and Universal resorts offer a club level experience? Club Level rooms provide access to a private lounge with complimentary food and beverages throughout the day, including continental breakfast, snacks, appetizers with wine and beer, and desserts, in addition to dedicated concierge services. It’s a wonderful extra!

I am thrilled to assist a repeat client in planning another dream vacation. They will spend 11 nights in Orlando, with the first six nights exploring Walt Disney World. The will stay club level at Disney’s Grand Floridian making it easy to hop back and forth from the parks to enjoy the club level offerings. After they get their Disney fix the will head over to Universal and spend 5 nights at Loews Portofino Bay where they will also stay in a club level room. They will experience Universal, Islands of Adventure and the newest park, Epic!
