How fun is this?! My clients called yesterday and decided they wanted to spend New Year’s Eve at Walt Disney World! 🎉

So today we got them booked at Disney’s All Star Movies Resort. They will enjoy 3 days at the 4 Disney World parks. We are working to get them Lightening Lane and Premier Pass options set up to hopefully utilize their time there the best we can! Last minute adventures are so fun and I can’t wait for them to go enjoy some fun together.❤️

I had a busy 2 days working on many different things! Very excited to post one of the few adventures I worked on.

I am so excited to get our agent trip officially booked. We will head out in Feb and do a 3 night stay at Riu Palace Riviera Maya.

Here are few of the things we will take in while there:

My clients are off ✈️………well they are SUPPOSED to be off but unfortunately Mother Nature had other plans. The Hays flight this morning got cancelled and I can only guess it’s because of this random snow storm that blew in ⛄️ Today is a day where we have to trust that everything happens for a reason.

SO we work together to create a new plan. My clients are being very understanding about it all. I told them to sit back and let me handle it all as that’s why they always trust me as their travel agent. I am on hold to make the changes needed to prevent the resort from cancelling their reservations. I also changed their transfer from the airport so they don’t lost money with a no show status.

Tomorrow the will be in the sun enjoying the beach. They will still have 6 days to enjoy everything offered at Riu Palace Costa Mujeres. This is their second stay at this resort so they will already be familiar with everything. During their stay we have them set up to enjoy a day at Xenses. They also have a fishing excursion set up out of Isla Mujeres one day. Once they get there I hope they have the most amazing week!!

I am SO excited for a return client that came to me to help plan their honeymoon!! This next July they will go and enjoy all that Hotel Xcaret Arte has to offer. Hotel Xcaret Arte is located in Playa del Carmen Mexico 🇲🇽 and is the adult only side of Hotel Xcaret. This means they get all the same “all fun inclusive” amenities as Hotel Xcaret but without the kids!!

Hotel Xcaret 🇲🇽

I have a group set to do a return visit to Hotel Xcaret in May. They had some friends that decided to go along, so I have been working today to adjust dates and add some additional rooms!! This resort offers so much and will be so much fun with friends. I am so excited for them to go, do all their favorites but also experience the new addition.

This resort is unlike anything else. It’s something everyone should experience once! My kids are begging to go back this next year sometime. Couples Swept Away 🇯🇲

My clients came to me and said they had not traveled in years. They wanted to travel somewhere relaxing and quiet that offered all inclusive amenities. They also wanted to fly from Wichita. We tossed around some options and finally decided on Couples Swept Away in February. I really think it will be a good fit!

The resort sits on the famous 7 mile beach!! It has a boutique feel with lots of different activities offered. Roundtrip transfers for the airpotrt are also included. I think it will be just what they are looking for.

I’m so very excited for them and can’t wait to help them finalize it all!

Time for another “See ya real soon” as we leave this place that has my heart ❤️ I LOVE being at Disney. Seeing my kids faces, making memories, laughing together and trying new things (yes we still haven’t done it all) is what makes it amazing. This was my third visit to Disney World this year and I also had the pleasure of visiting Disney Land this year as well. I do have an annual pass and i think I will renew for 2026!

We had some flight issues on travel day and we saw a LOT of rain. We took in Jollywood Nights at Hollywood Studios (special ticketed events are my fav). The kids all had a fantastic time and enjoyed some time with friends. I hate to leave but can’t wait to be back again!

I love taking pics and snapped a few here and there. Enjoy and I hope to post a bit more after our travel day home.

I have two different clients that arrived in Orlando yesterday and are enjoying their first day at the parks today!!

Client one got settled into two guaranteed adjoining rooms at All Star Sports. They enjoyed Magic Kingdom this morning and a character dinner this evening at Epcot. I have chatted off and on with them today with a few questions. Looks like they are having a ball.

Client two got settled into Pop Century. I believe they started their day at Animal Kingdom. The weather looked beautiful for their day there.

I fly out Saturday for my own Disney World adventure. All the pics make me wish I were there now! This is my absolute favorite week of the year to go. I love helping plan and finalize all the details. Is Disney on your bucket list? Message for more info or to start planning today!!
