A Message from Owner/General Manger Steve Clendenin:

I have made the extremely difficult decision to sell my hometown station. I grew up in Havre de Grace and always dreamed of owning a radio station. 6 years ago, that dream came true. We built a station that the community loved, respected and enjoyed. I have decided to move onto the next chapter in my life, thus I have opted to sell WHGM.

The new owner will take over Monday, however, we will continue with our Oldies format. WHGM Gold will remain on the air, dedicated to serving Northeastern Maryland with national, statewide and local news, along with the music you love.

I sincerely thank you for listening and supporting WHGM Gold, a station that has been on the air for over 75 years.
