Reality vs. expectation: It can be hard to parent the child you have instead of the child you wish you had.

Conflict: Parents may face conflict over digital media use, independence, or natural consequences.

Knowing what's right: With so much conflicting advice, it can be hard to know what to believe. However, there's no one "right" way to parent, and parents should trust their instincts and do what feels right for them and their family.

Judgment: Parents may face judgment, shame, and blame from others.
