Majority of the snow is concentrated over the ridge tops west of Harrisburg, but also over Franklin County too. Dry air continues to prevent much from reaching the ground over Dauphin, York, Lebanon, and Lancaster Counties.

It will remain damp for the rest of the day, but the heaviest rain from this morning has now dissipated. We can expect more mist and light rain tonight, along with fog by tomorrow morning.

Areas of light showers continue late this morning and into the early afternoon. Rain totals likely remain below a tenth of an inch for most areas as dry air to our north holds back the moisture.

Growing concern for flash flooding in these areas. Some reports of 3" so far and its still raining in these areas.
