That's for the individual to decide. For me I think it's nice having new aluminum heads and if I didn't do my own work the vortecs would probably cost a little more with all the work for screw in studs, guide plates ect.. I think the end of the #sbc400budgetbuild saga has come to an end and time to put it up for sale. It's about as good as I'd want it with stock bottom end other than the eagle rods and Hyperputectic pistons.
