HAMILTON SQUARE, New Jersey (WPVI) -- A 25-year-old pizza maker in Mercer County has TikTok all fired up - in a good way. Salvatore Mandreucci has gone viral for his videos that some might call saucy, and perhaps a little cheesy. But it's his words of inspiration that have everyone coming to Hamilto...

Today, we celebrate Independence Day with jubilance and vigilance. We’re making strides in distancing ourselves from the adverse effects of Covid-19, but the widespread disenfranchisement of minority voters is very disheartening. Yet, like many Americans, I still believe in the idea and hope of America to move forward towards a more perfect union for all. Happy July 4th.!

Memorial Day 2021!
We celebrate Memorial Day 2021 in an atmosphere that is wrestling with social and economic justice, forth coming voter suppression laws and basic truths. I hope, despite our differences in the idea of democracy, we celebrate our veterans. Thank you, Veterans! Today we remember those who made the ultimate sacrifice.

Remembering a Man of Peace in Turbulent Times -
This weekend we celebrate a man of peace, and nonviolent protests'; Dr. Martin Luther King. There is so much I like to say, like the profound movement change history or that the fight is ongoing but I will digress. After all a picture is worth a 1000 words. Celebrating peace - Happy Birthday Dr. King.

Honoring C.T. Vivian:

Today, with great sadness, we honor the first lieutenant of the Civil Rights Movement, Cordy Tindell Vivian. He was more than a civil right activist but a champion of equal pay for equal work for every citizen regardless of race. As an African American, C.T Vivian fought for more than the right to sit at the lunch counter but the right to afford the meal. We honor you today, the fight to end economical racism continues…

In celebrating Flag Day 2020, I hope we stand as a nation to insist on police reform for the African American community. I hope this Flag Day 2020, clearly state that African Americans are patrons and have serve this country well. I still get goose bumps at every family reunion when my family pay tribute to my 25 great uncles who serve in World War II at the same time. The knee protest has never been about the American Flag but about those who want only a few to benefit from its promises.

The Old Barracks

Its that time of the year again! Come join me to celebrate Trenton's Patriots Week 2018!

The Old Barracks was built in 1758 during the French and Indian War. In 1776, it was a witness to the turning point of the American Revolution, when George Washington and 2400 Patriots defeated British and Hessian soldiers at the Battle of Trenton.
