THANK YOU.

I am deeply grateful for everyone who has listened to 🎧 and supported the Rebuilding My Health Radio podcast.

When I started it, I simply hoped that it would reach the people it most needs to reach, those struggling with health issues and not getting the answers they so needed. I'm grateful🙏 that it has touched so many and given people some insights and education to rebuild their own health.

It is the inspiration, hope 🌟 and empowering information that I wished I'd had at the start of my own health journey.

Thank you again for spending your treasured time listening while you're driving, cooking, exercising or whenever. And thanks to every guest who opened up and shared their success stories and to my podcast editor (Sonorous Lab) for making it so easy.

I hope to continue bringing you health-changing stories. PLEASE drop a note 📝 below if there's a certain type of story you'd love to see.

In this episode, Casey talk with Beth O’Hara, who shares her personal long-haul recovery story. What’s unique is that she’s also a naturopath who brings a lot of knowledge to the situation.

In January of 2020, before anyone thought the virus was in the US, Beth became really ill with what was later confirmed to be COVID-19. She had difficulty breathing, achiness, and severe fatigue that lasted about three months.

In my talk with Beth, you’ll hear…

❓  Why she thinks her case became long-haul

📈 Ways she supported her body during the acute phase

❣️    How she supported herself as it grew into long-haul

💤 Why rest is so critical during the virus

🧐   Some of the co-factors she’s seen with long-haulers

⚠️    Cell danger response and its relationship to long-haul

🎯   The importance of the limbic system and vagal nerve for healing

🗣️   And a couple of stories from Beth’s work with long-haul clients

Beth O’Hara is a Functional Naturopath, specializing in complex, chronic cases of Mast Cell Activation Syndrome, Histamine Intolerance, and Mold Toxicity. She is the founder and owner of Mast Cell 360, a Functional Naturopathy Practice designed to look at all factors surrounding health conditions – genetic, epigenetic, biochemical, physiological, environmental, and emotional.

She designed Mast Cell 360 to be the kind of practice she wished had existed when she was severely ill with Mast Cell Activation Syndrome, Histamine Intolerance, Mold Toxicity, Neural Inflammation, Lyme, Fibromyalgia, and Chronic Fatigue. Her mission today is to be a guiding light for others with Mast Cell Activation Syndrome, Histamine Intolerance and these related conditions in their healing journeys.

Through her Mast Cell 360 Root Cause process, she discovers the unique root factors affecting each of her clients’ health issues, building personalized, effective roadmaps for healing.

In the latest episode of , Leigh  shares her daughter's health story (with her permission).

As a child, Lauren began having breathing issues and odd body pains. As a teen, it worsened to include chest pain, lightheadedness, digestive distress and brain fog.

Eventually, she was diagnosed with postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome (POTS), a condition characterized by a heart rate increase of 30 beats per minute (bpm) or more, or over 120 bpm, soon after standing.

With lifestyle changes and mindset shifts, Lauren dramatically eased her POTS symptoms. Now, she's an active, social college sophomore.

In the episode, you’ll hear what worked, what didn't and honest talk about helping a teen manage a chronic illness.
