You spend your day helping everyone around you putting out fire after fire, but never taking a momen
t for yourself. If you're really honest with yourself, you feel stuck in the monotony of the day in and day out. Your core being knows that there is a better life out there. You know that if you don't make a change, you'll reach your breaking point. Always taking care of everyone around me, but never taking a moment for myself. After a series of health complications in 2010, I realized that always giving of myself wasn't working. I went searching for a way to take better care of myself, so that I could take better care of the people I love. Since then, I've made it my mission to share what I've learned with the millions of other worn out caring people on this planet. Today, I offer one on one and group sessions. I also, create short yoga and guided meditation audio tracks that support your journey toward taking moment to focus on yourself whenever and wherever you want to. Millions of people around the world have discovered how mindfulness and yoga help relieve everyday stress and anxiety.
