On September 4, 2024, a mass sh00ting occurred at Apalachee High School in Barrow County, Georgia, northeast of Atlanta. At least four people were k!lled and nine were injured.
Before the sh00ting, a call from an unknown source was placed to Apalachee High School stating that five schools would be targeted and that Apalachee would be the first.
Reports of the sh00ting were first received at around 9:30 am, with the school placed on lockdown at around 10:20 am and law enforcement responding at around 10:23 am. The school resource officers assigned to the school engaged the suspect within minutes and the latter surrendered to them.
One student told reporters that he had heard about ten sh0ts and did not believe the sh00ting to be real until he heard an officer yelling at someone to put down their gu/n. Another recounted that after hearing the gu/nsh0ts, the class barricaded the door with objects before hiding. One student stated their teacher attempted to investigate the noises before being directed to lock the door due to an active sh00ter; once the door was locked, the students moved to the back of the room. There they heard someone pounding on the door shouting "open up!" multiple times before gu/nsh0ts and screams.
Students were evacuated out of the building to the school's football field, after it had been deemed safe.
Suspect was later identified as 14-year-old Colt Gray, a student at the school, adding that the suspect would be charged with murder and tried as an adult.
Please pray for all affected by this senseless tragedy.

Nicholas Downey, 36, took a week off from his job in Bradenton, Florida, to visit his wife, Holly, at a rehabilitation center in Mississippi. He rented a Tesla in Tampa for the trip. On the night of February 26, 2023, while returning home, Downey stopped to recharge the car behind a McDonald’s in Marianna, Florida.
Security footage shows someone exiting the vehicle to charge it, then driving south on State Road 71 instead of rejoining Interstate 10. The car’s owner, tracking its location, grew concerned when it didn’t return to the interstate. He texted Downey, but got no response. Nick was due back at work on February 27th but never arrived.
On February 27th, 2023, the Liberty County Sheriff's Department (Florida) received information regarding an abandoned vehicle in a hunting lease near Turkey Creek Road.
A search of the area was conducted by Liberty County CI K9 Team and an aerial search was performed by Florida Fish and Game on the day the vehicle was located. The following day, Liberty County deputies and the Liberty County Search and Rescue Team deployed on foot while Florida Fish and Wildlife searched from above for the occupants of the abandoned vehicle.
The occupant of the vehicle is believed to be Nicholas Downey based on items found inside. Downey was later reported missing from Gulfport, Mississippi, on March 3rd, 2023. He remains missing to this day.

Logan Schiendelman, 19, went for a drive one early morning in May 2016. When he returned to his grandmother's house, where he had lived his whole life, he told his grandmother, Ginnie, that he had an epiphany about his life. Ginnie hoped that this meant he was starting to find his way. Logan was mixed race and that is something that he struggled with. Then his freshman year at Washington State University had not gone as planned. Logan was at a party and one of the party-goers made a rac/ist remark about him. He called his grandmother to come pick him up. After this, his friends ghosted him. So he returned to his hometown of Tumwater, Washington, just south of Olympia, where he found himself working odd jobs, trying to figure out what his next move was going to be. Unfortunately, Ginnie would never get to know what Logan's epiphany was as she had told Logan that they would discuss this after she got home from work that evening. But when she arrived Logan wasn't home and he was still yet to be found.
On May 20, 2016, in Tumwater, Washington, on Interstate 5, a black convertible 1996 Chrysler Sebring was seen rolling diagonally from the far right southbound lane toward the median. Causing other motorists to either speed up or swerve to avoid hitting it. The car would come to rest on the center barrier, which seemed unusual. But even more remarkable was that there was no one in the car. Logan would not return home all weekend and no one was able to get ahold of him by phone. So his grandmother went to the Thurston County Sheriff's Office to report her grandson missing. This is when she would find out about Logan's car being found days earlier. Multiple people would call 911 to report the Sebring rolling across the Interstate. But one caller would say that he caught a glimpse of something. He said that he saw somebody near the car on the shoulder of the freeway on the passenger side of the vehicle before it started rolling across the freeway with no one in it. This calle

Sunshine State Sonar took to Lake Fischer, in Orange County, Florida on April 5, 2024, in search for missing Jennifer Kesse, who disappeared January 23, 2006, from Orlando, Florida. Sunshine Sonar was there searching the lake following a tip that was received in 2019. A witness reported seeing a pickup truck backed up to the lake and dump a 6 to 8-foot rolled-up carpet into the lake just after Jennifer went missing. Nothing of significance was found back in 2019. Sunshine State Sonar now says that they have picked up several abnormalities in the lake and sent divers to check it out. So far nothing has been found. The group does plan on searching the vegetation in the lake at a later date.

Nancy Moyer, 36, disappeared March, 6, 2009 from Tenino, Washington. Nancy who worked for the Department of Ecology as a Financial Analyst, was last seen around 6:45 pm on the night she would disappear. Nancy had stopped by the Tenino Washington Thriftway, where she bought dinner, wine and cigarettes, on her way back from work. On March 8, her ex-husband would bring their two daughters to Nancy's house, to drop them off. Upon arriving he would find the front door ajar. Nothing inside seemed to be missing, except Nancy. Her car was in the driveway, her purse and keys were inside. The TV and lights were on. There was a glass of wine on the table.
In 2019, a man named Eric Lee Roberts, who was Nancy's co-worker and neighbor, would call 911 and allegedly confessed to killing Nancy, after the two had a sexual encounter. He would claim that he had accidentally strangled her with a scarf. Her family didn't believe his story. Eric would go on to say if he was to get rid of a body " it would be right there"and pointed to a fire pit on his property. He would have a concrete slab poured on his property, which at that point there was little doubt that he had something to do with Nancy's disappearance. He would be arrested on second degree murder charges. Even though police searched his property no evidence was found. Eric would recant his story, charges would be dropped and he would be released . Eric would go to be arrested twice in 2019. Once on a federal weapons charge as a result of finding firearms in his house, that was a violation of state law. But these charges would later be dropped, and he was released. He was also arrested on suspicion of domestic violence, these charges were dropped as well. Eric went on to be on a podcast that was looking into the disappearance of Nancy. He would state that he didn't remember confessing to police and that the medication he was taking could be the reason for that. He also went on to say that the statement about the scarf, was someth
On June 5, 2017, Ashley Loring Heavyrunner, 20, would disappear from the Blackfeet Indian Reservation in Browning, Montana, after attending a party. She was enrolled in college studying Environmental Science at the time of her disappearance.
Two weeks after her disappearance a tip came in to the family, stating that a witness had seen a young woman running from a vehicle on U.S. Highway 89 on the reservation the night Ashley vanished. The desolate area was searched and a pair of red stained boots and a tattered sweater were found. The sweater appeared to have blood stains on it. The family is certain that the items belonged to Ashley. The eyewitness would identify the sweater as being the same one as Ashley was wearing the night she disappeared. The items were handed over to law enforcement for DNA testing, no results had come back.
A gray sweater would also be found during a different search. The sweater and boots were recovered near a remote lake house, owned by a man named Sam McDonald. Who was in his fifties.
McDonald would admit to authorities that he had spent six days with Ashley, after the party. But on June, 11,2017 Ashley had asked him to take her to a road side pool to meet with a man by the name of Paul Valenzuela. Who was also in his fifties and married. McDonald said he had fallen asleep and when awoke Ashley was gone.
Valenzuela had a criminal record that included burglary and weapons convictions. Court records would show that Valenzuela and his wife were in Seattle, Washington in early June of 2017.
Valenzuela would tell a corrections officer that he intended on returning to the Blackfeet nation on June 9th to collect some of his belongings. This was just two days for Ashley had asked to meet with Valenzuela.
Since Ashley's disappearance her sister Kimberly has been the driving force behind her case. She has done everything in her power to keep her sister's case alive and find justice.
To this day, Ashley's case is unsolved.
