ORANGE BEACH PLANNING COMMISSION CCONSIDERS NEW TOWNHOME DEVELOPMENTS

The Orange Beach Planning Commission will consider two requests for townhome projects in the city, bringing in a total of 218 units if the plans come to fruition. One request is to rezone property directly west of the former toll bridge office building with plans to build a 136-unit townhome development.
