From the affects of processed food to the facts on global warming, I want to know both sides and see all the data. Unfortunately, the information is not always easy to find and often takes times to sort through the opinions, hype and shoddy studies. Even the good articles are often littered with judgmental overtones and agendas. In the midst of a brilliant, research-based piece on climate change,
the author might mention how all our efforts are worthless and our government pretty much failed. I’ve found time and again that very few good articles provide the facts, without subjective opinions. WHAT’S DIFFERENT ON FACT FINDER
Through research articles, news reports, statistics and more, I’m bringing you the facts on major (and not so major) topics. Each piece will summarize the issue, provide an objective conclusion and cite the evidence. I realize that things are often not black and white and I’ll try to account for that grey area in the conclusion. Most importantly, I’m not judging your stance on the issue. You’re smart and have read the evidence. Make your own decision. YOUR OPINION MATTERS
While I’m going to leave my opinion out of the matter, I’d love to hear yours. Feel free to comment about research I might have missed or let me know what topics you’d like me to explore.
