Philippians 4:6–7
Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.
And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.
Anxiety often shows up when life feels uncertain, out of control, or overwhelming. But this scripture reminds us that peace isn’t found in having all the answers it’s found in who we bring our questions to.
God invites us to exchange our anxiety for His peace. Not just temporary calm, but a supernatural peace that guards our hearts and minds like a shield against fear, doubt, and worry.
When you feel anxious, don’t suppress it submit it. Talk to God honestly. Thank Him for what He’s already done. Trust Him with what’s ahead. That’s where peace begins.
What’s one thing you’re anxious about today that you can release to God in prayer?
