There will be no karaoke tonight at Dueling Barrels Brewery & Distillery as I am still not 100% recovered. I thought I was but started moving around and loading stuff up and it hit me again. Sorry guys. Next week we will be back stronger for sure.!!!!

There will be no karaoke tonight at Honey B's Restaurant & Lounge due to sickness. The lounge will still be open for Kentucky Basketball and drinks and great food. Hope to be better by tomorrow!

Another awesome workout in today with some treadmill and 5 sets of 5 with 150 pounds on the press! I am really enjoying this eating healthy with no sweets and plenty of exercise. By the way I have been 48 hours smoke free and haven’t even craved one! So yeah there’s that!! Kimberly Branham Evans!!
