**Weather Update**
I just wanted to post these temperature graphics for tonight, tomorrow and Wednesday. I think the forecast is trending cooler than originally predicted for Tuesday and Wednesday. It's not a major difference (only 3-6 degrees cooler) than what I forecasted last night. Also, our rain chances are slightly increasing for Tuesday night into Wednesday. Right now, I have it at a 30% chance for light scattered showers, but I'll keep an eye on those chances and will keep y'all posted.

**Weather Update**
Tuesdays high temperatures look to be a little cooler as a front boundary that’s moving through this evening will be a little bit stronger than forecasted. Temperatures may range from the low to mid 60’s. We could see some upper 60’s, however it just depends on how far south that cooler air pushes through the region.

Here is your 5 day forecast for the region. AM Fog looking possible across the Ouachitas tonight with near record high temperatures Monday afternoon. Enjoy this spring like weather as Monday looks to be the hottest day week as temperatures will start to progressively get cooler as we get into the later part of the week. Some light rain showers still appear to be possible throughout the week. These are small chances! No heavy rain is looking possible as of now. Models are starting to pick up on what could be our next artic front by mid next week. So far, it's still too far out to see if we do get this cold air and if we get some sort of precipitation. Whether this be snow or rain. Stay tuned for updates throughout the week as I'll continue to keep a close eye on this. Until then, enjoy this spring like weather!!

Don't be fooled by this warmer weather we are getting across the region! While above average temperatures appear to stay for the next week, long range forecasts are suggesting another round of below average temperatures by the 2nd week of February. Along with above and below average temperatures in the forecast, above average precipitation is looking more likely as well across the next few weeks. As of now I don't see any type of winter weather in the forecast which is a plus for those that are ready for spring and summer. Enjoy these above average temperatures though as our highs on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday will be near the average it is in early April across the region. Stay tuned to my forecasts going into this week as rain chances are starting to look possible starting Tuesday and lasting into the later part of the week. I will keep an eye on this activity.

**Radar Update as of 5:13pm**
Vipir radar is starting to show some heavier cells moving into Montgomery (AR) county and Latimer (OK) county. I will keep radar udpates going through the evening.

Here is the latest extended HRRR futurecast radar. This model is showing most of the heaviest rainfall occurring across southeast and western/southwestern before pushing into central and southeastern Arkansas by Thursday afternoon. Keep in mind across the lower elevations of Ouachitas as run off can cause hazardous conditions near creeks and streams. This could cause some flooding across flood prone areas. If you come across a flooded roadway, TURN AROUND!! DON'T DROWN!!
