I lover the FAQs at the The Kneaded Bread. And the very last one is my favorite. 2020 is the year I started driving to Port Chester and continue to return going on 24 years because of Fernando's smiling face. And the bread, coffee, soup, salads – all amazing.

"Grass fields offer numerous benefits, including positive impacts on the climate and overall environment. Unlike artificial turf, which contains toxins and plastics that can harm wildlife, especially birds, grass fields support a healthier ecosystem." – Matthew Gladstein ,Greenwich 9th grader and member of Boy Scout Troop 35 working on his communications badge

The First Lutheran Church had a variance on parking but their attendance dwindled. Eighty (80) spaces would be required under today’s regulations based on a seating capacity of 238 seats. P&Z noted Chabad will likely be will attended, so their initial feedback was 3 words: parking, parking parking.

The initial feedback of the P&Z commission focused on parking. The First Lutheran Church had received a parking variance from the Zoning Board of Appeals back in 1957. There are approximately 20 spaces today. Eighty (80) spaces would be required under today’s regulations based on a seating capacit...

Several people asked what the steps are, following the resignation of the BOE chair who relocated to Redding. The answers are in BOE policy, town charter and CGS statute. For starters, the existing BOE members (4 D's and 3 R's) will interview Republican candidates and take a public vote.

The public school community is speculating who might fill her shoes and who gets to pick? Also, who will be the next chair and when will that vote take place?

The Best Friends Animal Society has an admirable mission. They're having a pop up adoption event on Saturday and Sunday in Brooklyn. We actually have a lot of readers in Brooklyn, but if you're from Greenwich and thinking of adopting a rescue, it's not far.

“Roughly 7 million people in America are planning to acquire a pet this year, and if just 6 percent more people chose to adopt versus purchase their pets, we would end the killing of dogs and cats in our nation’s shelters,” said Julie Castle, CEO, Best Friends Animal Society.
