Scattered storms tonight could bring heavy rain and gusty winds, with more showers likely for Labor Day. Here is a look at your forecast.
Happy Sunday! The first half of the day will not be as wet, but still on the warm side. Shower and storm chances will arrive after the dinner time hour and continuing into overnight hours. Monday morning will be wet as you are starting Labor Day out, then a few clouds will move in the afternoon. A few more showers and storms could impact some later events, then finally clearing after midnight.
A few coastal showers will be the theme throughout week, with a slight dip in the humidity.
Outside of a few pop-up coastal showers, inland areas will remain mostly dry through the evening hours. Showers and storms will increase tomorrow afternoon and evening as a cold front approaches the area.
After a few areas of fog to start out the day, partly cloudy skies will develop in the afternoon, followed by isolated showers and storms. While not everyone will see rain today, we will have a better chance Sunday afternoon and Labor Day Monday.
