I just finished my first batch of limoncello a few weeks ago and it was great. It's all gone now and I have a second batch in the works (takes 3-5 weeks depending on the recipe and what you want to try to do with it).

ECVC recently hosted the Greenville Pitt County Chamber of Commerce's 2023 Leadership Institute class. Our COO, Jason Thomas, gave the group an overview of ECVC’s mission and many lines of business, and a tour of our main production facility. ECVC’s IT Manager, Philip Sasser is among those in the 2023 Leadership class. 🤝

Who was your favorite teacher growing up? I bet that it was somebody who really impacted you at just the right age and inspired you be your best and to grow and have fun. That is Walton Academy and Children's World Learning Center - Arlington Blvd.. Our kids have been going there for years now and as a parent, the teachers that my kids have had there have been the best teachers I could have asked for. So many of them have been giants for my kids and encouraged them to grow in very specific ways. My kids love them and I do too. It's unreal and I just want them to expand to 12th grade so I never have to think about my kids going anywhere else.

If your kid needs a quality place to grow, get them enrolled for the next year! It's coming quick.

Recently I have gotten some questions about the magazine. We have had a lot of changes in our lives. People have seen that I (Aron) have taken on a job at Red Shark Digital, and additionally, people have seen posts about us moving. Together, there has been some concluding that the magazine is done. BUT, it's not. :-) The magazine is my passion project, and it's always been done on the side of a full-time job. I truly love making a platform for positive conversation and local good. We are staying local to Greenville, and I've been really proud to be able to expand my designer skillset at Red Shark. So thankful for the community here and plan to keep the magazine going as long as I feel like it's making a space for local good. I am a believer in people using their skills to make the world around them better and so that's what I'm trying to do. Thank you for your support and I'm so glad I get to share some of what you guys are doing.

Did you know that every month Great Harvest Bread - Greenville, NC picks a nonprofit to donate to? Every Friday they host a group of nonprofit leaders to come and have a meeting space where their missions can interact and thrive together. These guys are working on amazing food (try the Spicy Apple Bacon Grilled Cheese !!!) while also doing amazing things in the community. These guys are always doing stuff that they don't really tell people about so I don't even know the half of it. Just make sure to get you tail over to this great business and get a loaf of bread, some local jellies and preserves, throw in a brownie or a savannah bar, and know that ordering lunch is making Greenville a better place.
