Our founder is writing a book called The Collection! It is a book of poetry dedicated to the late great Reverend Matthew Grant, one of our authors that died this year! His memory lives with us! Here is the poem created for his dedication!

The Senseless Death of Matthew Grant

Matthew Grant, my dear friend
Oh how you met your end!
You were a dear friend till the end!
I remember how we met
Two times we bumped into each other
I remember how you lost your mother
You wrote a book about how you were homeless
And now a gun shot you down; this is senseless!
You were only fifty-nine
And now we only can write this rhyme
It must be Satan’s last days in time
I miss you: your laugh, your smile
But I know you are now in Heaven all this while
We will remember Rev. Matthew Grant
He was a good man while others can’t

My soul is adrift upon a sea of emotion
Mind tossed by waves of despair
On an ocean of memory.
She is not here.

Slipping slowly beneath the murky depths
Wounds, never healed, stinging in the briny deep.

Tearing away the darkness
