I had the pleasure today to be invited by Greensboro Community Television, Inc. to the Greensboro Cultural Center to tell my story. I got to meet a couple of amazing ladies who together have lost over 200 pounds! 🤯

Brian, the kind man who interviewed me, said that my videos had been a presence in their home for over three years and had helped his wife and MIL change their lifestyle. I was SO inspired by THEM! Amazing.

Such a fun afternoon. I can’t wait to share the video with all of you♥️

FESTIVUS AT GREENSBORO COMMUNITY TELEVISION:

One of our favorite days at work comes once a year when we put up the Festivus pole! Excitement builds all year long and we seem to put it up earlier each year.
For the traditionalists, we have a Christmas Tree, but nothing warms the heart like the Pole.

Note: We also display all the legalese in case any inspectors show up.
