Did you see the news? The Inspired Home Show is changing its schedule pattern starting in 2026! 🗓️ According to the International Housewares Association, the shift comes after polls indicated midweek days were more desirable for planning.

"According to the study, retailers surveyed experienced an average of 177 shoplifting incidents per day in 2023. However, that number can reach over 1,000 depending on the retail sector."

Have you noticed an uptick of incidents in your store or surrounding areas? What policies/action plans do you have in place to deal with or deter shoplifting?

The study also revealed that violence remains a major concern, with 73 percent of retailers saying shoplifters are exhibiting more violence.
