Since 2006 New Growth Press (NGP) has provided churches, families, and individuals with life-changing books, small group resources, and minibooks that are grounded in scriptural truth and the gospel of grace. We strive to proclaim truth, mercy, and the transforming power of the gospel to a needy world. That’s why we offer a biblical-counseling approach to tough issues in relationships, marriage, a

nd parenting; it’s why we publish discipleship materials for all ages and missional resources to equip the church. NGP produces resources that are theologically robust, meet the needs of the Christian community, and point people all over the world to Christ. NGP is also passionate about teaching the good news of the kingdom to the next generation and has created an exclusive line of children and family products for homes, churches, and schools. Each curriculum, family devotional, and book has Jesus as its foundation and focus. Children are drawn to the fun and colorful illustrations and appealing storylines that teach them the Bible and reach young hearts with the lasting truth of the gospel.

Of all God’s good and perfect gifts, the very best one, the most special one, the greatest one is sending his Son, Jesus, to be born on earth. Jesus came to die on the cross for our sins.

That is the most perfect gift of all. Thank you, God, for sending Jesus.

Thank you for all your good and perfect gifts.

"Christmas is a time to remember. Yet, there are times I have found myself halfway through the month of December and realized I have not yet slowed down enough to even read the Christmas story. We spend the month of December shopping, baking, wrapping, and hosting. We build traditions of taking family to special places and decorating in special ways. Sometimes, in the midst of it all, we are so busy 'celebrating Christmas' that we fail to celebrate and worship the long-awaited One who came, in the flesh, to redeem his people."

- New blog post from Cyndi Logsdon

The Bible is filled with reminders to “remember.” Yet, have you noticed how many times God’s people get themselves in deep trouble because they forget?

"The Apostle John doesn’t tell the Christmas story in his gospel in the same way that Luke does. Luke tells the familiar story of the angels in the sky appearing to the shepherds in the fields to announce that the Savior had been born in Bethlehem. John describes Christmas a different way: as the arrival of the Light that comes to fight against the darkness."

"In truth, we were made for peace. We long for it in our friendships, workplaces, families, and hearts. Peace is a deep desire woven into the fabric of who we are—a longing for rest, comfort, and wholeness. Yet, this year, peace feels more elusive than ever. The constant noise of a world filled with anxiety, polarization, and uncertainty leaves us feeling unsettled. We crave lasting peace, yet we wonder if it’s even possible." - Brook Taylor
