WI Trail Passes - Why buy them when there is no snow??

Regardless of whether we can ride, we want to encourage you to purchase trail passes and keep the money coming in.

Through the trail pass program, 90% of the funds raised go directly to the trail system. The proceeds from trail passes are used by the DNR to provide grants to the clubs to build and develop new trails and repair and maintain existing ones. Examples include: fixing or installing new bridges and culverts. When less money is received (as it was down last year) this impacts on the availability of funds not only for this year but for years to come.

Even in these less snowy seasons, we encourage you to purchase your trail pass to ensure that there are trails to ride in the future.

$140/night includes a grab & go continental breakfast, swimming pool, and whirlpools. Restaurant onsite for lunch and dinner. Check out their website.

The Flat Creek Lodge in Hayward Wisconsin offers a restaurant and lounge on site, complimentary grab & go breakfast, indoor heated swimming pool and spa, free WIFI, and conference space for up to 325 people.

Trails remain closed. You may see area clubs rolling or panning trails, however the system is not open..
Check www.nkmsnow.com for more information. Past warm weather and future warm weather are the main factors and of course our valued landowner concerns. Thank you for understanding. Ask Santa for more cold and snow.

Hello Everyone!

The floor drain at the shed is done! Thank you to all the volunteers involved and thank you for taking the time out of your Saturday to help with this huge project. The team effort was greatly appreciated. This weekend we'd like to tackle the following.

Reinstalling the wood stove
Clean up around the shed
Weather permitting---changing out some damaged or faded signs on the rec trail
Please consider giving us a helping hand as the season approaches.

Membership: If you haven't, get your memberships in. Processing will be slower with the hunting season and holidays. Deadline is 12/15. Please renew before that. If you have renewed please order your trail passes through the AWSC via form or online. The form is in EVERYONE's magazine you receive. We will also get one on the club website.

Friday--ALL YOU CAN EAT LUIGE'S PIZZA--NOVEMBER 1ST--Cascade Apollo Riders Snowmobile Club. Serving 5pm to 8:30 pm at Cascade Lion's Hall in Cascade. Adults: $10, 6-12 $5.00, Under 6 free. Raffles and Refreshments. Please support them as many of these members attend our brat fry.

The club is looking for a few more people to help install the floor drain and pour some concrete at the shed on Saturday.

Thank you to all the members that helped last Saturday knocking out the concrete. There was great progress made. All your work is greatly appreciated.
