Our Apprasial made the value we needed! ~ this is important since we had countered the buyers original full price offer with a counter to increase the sales price to offset the $3900 the buyers wanted our seller to pay! This doesn’t always work out, but we are willing to try so we can keep more money in our customers pockets! We LOVE when EVERYONE wins! 🥳❤️🤑
