This is a fantastic business opportunity!!

Whoa! August already? How time flies when faced with retirement! There’s one more month to go until Kate and I ride off into the sunset. We are still able to take a few new orders but don’t wait long. We’ll have to cut it off in the next week or two to make sure we can finish up.

Now the bad news… despite our pricing the studio at a fraction of its value, I have not yet been able to turn up a committed buyer. Personally, I don’t get it. But then again, it is a niche industry that may not appeal to everyone. I just know I had a blast these last 10 years running it. Our small studio brings in sales averaging 100K to 120K per year on just word of mouth alone. I’ve got the business listed at 50K so I consider it a steal at that price.

But with only one more month to go, I am making a last ditch effort to appeal to that special person who wants to take advantage of the most cost effective way to jump into a ready made business. For 30 grand, I will let that person take ownership of all the equipment and furniture I use in the running of my Home Video Studio business. If they continue operation here in the Mount Dora/Eustis/Tavares area, they can also retain the name, 5 star reputation, website and access to the HVS network. 30K for a 120K business. It doesn’t get better than this. And the only reason I'm choosing to do this is because I am trying to leave this community with someone in place to continue offering this invaluable service.

But that someone has to act quickly. As the end of the month approaches, I’ll have to start selling off the equipment piece by piece to interested buyers. I’ve already got a waiting list starting.

I'm thrilled to share that Home Video Studio Green Cove Springs has been honored with several Hanley awards at our recent training event, including a Five-Year Achievement Award and a Best of Show Award! 🏆✨

It was an incredible few days of training and mingling with fellow studio owners from across the country. We all came together to share knowledge and gain more expertise in what we do best – preserving and restoring precious memories. A HUGE shoutout to our expert speakers who bring us a wealth of information to take back to our studios!!

Congratulations to the Hanley award nominees and winners! You ALL inspire me!!!!
