RG Hendricks Concrete Construction is hiring!!
Concrete flatwork is hard work. Why make it harder working for someone who doesn’t appreciate you? RG Hendricks Concrete has had a reputation for superior flatwork work since 1972, but this isn’t your dad’s typical concrete company. Even in times of record low unemployment, we aren’t interested in people who just “show up”. We look for reliable, motivated people who take pride in their work and compensate them well based on the value they bring. At RG Hendricks we believe in respectful, calm, yet direct communication. You’ll always know where you stand, and we expect the same respect in return.
Your typical work week will be Monday – Friday, 45+ hours. No weekends and paid holidays!
6:15AM, arrive at homebase to fill your water jugs, get your gear, and load up the work trucks.
6:30AM, leave homebase for the job site in company trucks. Your payday starts now and ends when you leave homebase for the day.
9:00AM – 10:00AM, somewhere within this time you’ll enjoy a 15-minute paid break.
As a finisher, you must have prior concrete flatwork experience. Setting forms, grading, pouring, bull float, broom finishing, and hard finishing is typical. Having decorative/stamping work experience is a plus. You’ll spend your day working on flatwork including basements, garages, driveways, patios and commercial floors.
11:00AM – 1:00PM, somewhere within this time you’ll enjoy a 30-minute lunch break.
4:00PM – 5:00PM, wrap it all up and head home (Fridays tend to be a little shorter).
Because of your hard work we give you:
