1️⃣ Skiing & kid-friendly ski lessons (even for 3 year olds!) 🎿
2️⃣ Waterpark fun - slides, warm spring, tot area, lazy river 💦
3️⃣ outdoor ice skating rink ⛸️
4️⃣ Northern Lights snow tubing 🪩 (must be 36 inches)
5️⃣ arcade games & prizes 🎮
6️⃣ stay at Regal Vistas luxury villas - they’re AMAZING!! This is our second time staying there 🤩
7️⃣ playground at Woodstone rec area 🛝
8️⃣ dining at Campfire Grill and ordering the s’mores skillet 😋 (influenced by )
9️⃣ petting zoo & pony rides 🐑

Favorite highlights from our weekend:
💦 heated outdoor pool & hot tub + indoor pool too! so much swimming 🙌🏽
🏖️ beach and ocean steps from our room was amazing!!
☕️ hot cocoa machine, snacks, and continental breakfast in the Empyrean Lounge… where one of the staff members gave us freshly baked cookies too 🥹 🍪 😋
🌅 the most stunning sunrise & ocean views right from our room balcony
🍴 room service & dining at Catch 31: SO many offerings… don’t miss out on dessert either 😉
🚗 centrally located to TONS of things to do in Virginia Beach & nearby areas
🚴 peloton bike in the gym - fully stocked with great exercise equipment, towels, and water bottles
🛌 comfortable & clean accommodations that fit our family: conjoined rooms with a king, 2 doubles, and a pack and play meant we all fit 👏🏼

🌟 Kid-friendly day trip itinerary 🌟
📍Warrenton, VA

🚗 approx. 1 hour from NoVA (depending on your location)

🤩 We took a day trip to Warrenton… explored and played our hearts out while filling out bellies with yummy treats along the way 😂 the best kind of exhausting day where all the kids fell asleep in the car on the way home!

⬇️Here’s what we did in order:
🥾 hike at Whitney State Forest (free entry)
🥐 deliciousness from
🛴 scooter & stroller walk on the Warrenton Greenway
💦 swim at the WARF (Warrenton Aquatic & Recreation Facility
🛝 play at Claude Moore Fun for All Playground (right outside of the WARF)
🍦 ice cream & shave ice from Carousel Frozen Treats

🧺 We packed sandwiches for lunch and our new favorite snack 🥨😋 (not an ad, but it is an awesome local PA business!)
