What Are The Nuremberg Code’s Ethical Guidelines For Research?

The Nuremberg Code aimed to protect human subjects from enduring the kind of cruelty and exploitation the prisoners endured at concentration camps. The 10 elements of the code are:

Voluntary consent is essential
The results of any experiment must be for the greater good of society
Human experiments should be based on previous animal experimentation
Experiments should be conducted by avoiding physical/mental suffering and injury
No experiments should be conducted if it is believed to cause death/disability
The risks should never exceed the benefits
Adequate facilities should be used to protect subjects
Experiments should be conducted only by qualified scientists
Subjects should be able to end their participation at any time
The scientist in charge must be prepared to terminate the experiment when injury, disability, or death is likely to occur

So if people have been injured or have died….Hmmm and if so, isn’t the punishment that is to be given is death?

CDC: “Yes, you should be jabbed regardless of whether you already had COVID-19. That’s because experts do not yet know how long you are protected from getting sick again after recovering from COVID-19.”
ME: So we don’t know how long natural immunity lasts. So, how long does jabbed induced immunity last?
CDC: “There is still a lot we are learning about the COVID-19 jab. The CDC is constantly reviewing evidence and updating guidance. We don’t know how long protection lasts for those who are 💉. ME: Hold on! 🧐 You just stated the reason I need the 💉 was because you don’t know how long my natural immunity lasts and you don’t know how long 💉 immunity lasts either. So, how exactly is the 💉 immunity better than my natural immunity? Show me the science please!

ME: Then what’s your best estimate for how much risk reduction there is?

ME: If the 💉 doesn’t stop mutations and it doesn’t stop infections, then how does me getting 💉 help to prevent a more deadly strain from evolving?
CDC: The bottom line is: as long as you are unpoked, you pose a threat to jabbed people.
ME: But what KIND of threat??
CDC: The threat that they could get a serious case of Covid and possibly die.
ME: You clearly stated that the 💉 does NOT keep people from catching Covid, but prevents a serious case or even dying? Now it seems like you’re saying 💉 people can still easily die from Covid even after they got the 💉 just by running into an unpoked person! So which is it?? Can you show me the science!

ME: Wait! I just want to make sure I understand all this. So, even if I ALREADY had Covid, I should STILL get 💉 because we don’t know how long natural immunity lasts AND we also don’t know how long jabbed immunity lasts. And I should get the jab to keep a jabbed person from catching Covid from me because I can STILL give it to the jabbed person anyways.
