Meal Prep Monday with Cartwright's Market features No Bake Peanut Butter and Chocolate Cake Bars. 5 ingredients, no baking involved, and a perfect snack if you've got a sweet tooth! I'm not a big chocolate gal, so I reduced the cup of chocolate chips to 1/2 a cup. They're pretty tasty and easy peasy to make!!

Meal Prep Monday with Cartwright's Market features a recipe that my Aunt Judy shared with me. Originally, I wanted to make these for Christmas but there just wasn't enough time. So yesterday morning, I was up early and baking before sunrise. These cookies are quite delightful and I bet you can't eat just one. You could use any kind of dried fruit you want!

Meal Prep Monday with Cartwrights Market! No So Nacho Cheese! My family and I did a taco bar last night and this cheese is an absolute must. My stepdad, who is not dairy free, absolutely loves it!! It’s perfect on anything you need a delicious melty cheese for! I’ll be using it on tater tots tomorrow for a Christmas Eve breakfast!

It appears Josephine County Commissioner John West has been recalled from office by a 63.15% to 36.85% margin. The vote count after the first tally was 12,583 yes votes to 7,343 no votes. Next update will occur on Wednesday at 5pm.

We have will call tickets available for Stillpoint's Nutcracker Ballet at GPHS Performing Arts Center. 1 pair for Saturday at 2pm, 2 pair for 7pm and 1 pair left for Sunday's show at 2pm. If you'd like a pair, the first ones to ask, I'll confirm and put your names on the list. You will just give your name at the ticket booth and you're good.

Meal Prep Monday with Cartwright's Market features Pumpkin Pie Bars! I wanted to try something different than just a regular ol' pumpkin pie for the holidays. These are dairy and gluten free, but you'd never know! They're quite tasty and I'll definitely be making them again as we get closer to Christmas - because I doubt they'll last until then. 😅
