We are so thrilled to announce that Vanessa is adding another class to our schedule! Join her every Tuesday for Advanced/Athletic Reformer at 8AM!

This advanced reformer class is designed for those who have extensive experience with the reformer. This class is designed for those who want to challenge themselves and experience advanced/complex exercises, swift transitions and a steady pace.

This class is a full body workout, with focus on building strength through the core, and allowing the body to make controlled movements. Students should be able to adjust quickly to variations and cues by the teacher as well as maintain balance while moving and changing direction with minimal spotting.

*Previous reformer class experience is required.
