I went to Aquinas for five years. During that time, a few strange things happened to me. One was seeing a full-bodied shadow person pass by the open door of a third-floor classroom in the academic building.

Another time, my friend and I were outside Holmdene at night, and we kept hearing footsteps next to us. When I started walking away, I would hear it again, as if I was being followed.

Finally, one afternoon in the first floor women's bathroom of the academic building, I heard a little girl's voice say "Jenny" (not Jen, which is what I go by). I looked around, but nobody was there.

Have you ever been to Aquinas College's gorgeous - but haunted - campus? Do you have any stories of the paranormal from your time in college?

Who here has experienced 'prophetic'/'psychic' dreams?

I had one last night in which I saw a former college professor/academic advisor of mine. I was looking at her hands, which were riddled with arthritis just like they were in real life. I remember her talking with me, just about life in general and catching up. She encouraged me to keep publishing my poetry. (She, too, was a poet.)

When I woke up this morning and logged onto Facebook, another former professor of mine and co-worker of hers posted a message. It was for her upcoming memorial service.

I don't know if she was trying to connect with me or if I somehow just already knew she was gone, but it made me feel like I was prepared for the tragic news.
