If you have come into the restaurant you will notice our authentic Dominican decorations and paintings 🎨
One of the decorations being our faceless dolls or as we call them “Munecas lime.” The dolls represent the many races and ethnicities that come together ✨ to make the Dominican culture after colonization. Our culture is made of many African, European and Aboriginal descents leaving these dolls to represent the people in the most simple beautiful way.

Al entrar en el restaurante verás nuestras auténticas munecas de lima. Una hermosa forma de representar nuestra cultura.

What’s in our jibarito? Seasoned grilled Steak 🥩 , onion, cheese and mayo ketchup sauce all smooshed between two fried plantains 🍌 for a perfect crispy bun.
