Spinach Banana Oat Pancakes 🥞 this recipe makes about 12 mini pancakes and is a perfect healthy toddler meal! • 3/4 cup oats (blended into oat flour)• 1 spotty banana• 1 large egg• handful fresh spinach• 1 teaspoon cinnamon• 1 tablespoon maple syrup. Blend the oats into an oat flour and set aside. Combine banana, egg and spinach into the blender and blend well.Add the cinnamon to the oat flour then pour in the wet ingredients from the blender and the maple syrup and mix well. Heat coconut oil in a pan on medium heat and form your pancakes. Cook on both sides until golden 🤌🏽 These are also great with fruit added in!
