So I wasn't home in time to de-mold and make a bowl so it will be a tray now lol. Just a minor setback that's all.

New bowl in progress. First picture is the start of the mica powder painting, second picture is the finished painting of the mold and the last picture is after I poured the transparent black resin. I will de-mold in a little over 3 hours and shape into a bowl so I will post pictures once that step is completed so be watching this page for the update. Also, this bowl once finished will be for sale so if you're interested let me know.

My very first attempt at making a bowl from a flat round mold. I'm satisfied with it but I have a few things I'll be doing differently next time. But overall I'm happy with the way it turned out.
