Swan Lake Resort is pleased to announce the appointment of Zach Lucchese as our new Executive Chef. If Chef Zach’s name sounds familiar, he was previously in charge of our food and beverage program from 2013-2015. He was a vital part in the remodel and launch of Dickie’s Restaurant and helping Swan Lake Resort become The Knot’s Best of Wedding Venue for Indiana in 2013, 2014, and 2015.

After departing in 2015 to open his own award winning restaurant, Bacon Hill Kitchen and Pub in Elkhart, IN. Chef Zach returns six years later to join our staff as we embark on some very exciting changes to Swan Lake Resort in 2021. Renovation plans are beginning to take shape for our vision of the updated restaurant and we are excited to have Chef Zach back to oversee our food and beverage program.

A kitchen veteran of nearly 24 years, Chef Zach brings his Italian heritage and Southern American farm-to-table culinary philosophy to the resort with a simple style of cooking that lets the food’s true flavors shine through. We look forward to all of the exciting new changes coming to Swan Lake Resort in 2021!
