Today, I had the pleasure of attending my daughter's first-grade writers' workshop celebration at school. As a mother of three young children, it's easy to forget how fortunate I am to be both a working mom and to have the flexibility to manage my own schedule. One of the main reasons I became a loan officer was the freedom it offered compared to a traditional nine-to-five job.

This past Memorial Day weekend, I processed 11 pre-approvals, including one at 11 PM on Friday night after dinner with friends. We work hard and often, but the simple joy of spending an afternoon with my daughter in her classroom reminds me of the incredible balance this career allows me. Moments like these reinforce my appreciation for a job that provides both professional fulfillment and personal flexibility. It’s a privilege to be able to support my family and be present for these precious milestones.
