Put your drink packets into your water bottles and shake well, otherwise you get clumps!

S’mores Protein Coffee
(I use equal coffee to shake ratio… but you do you! I also like very strong espresso coffee — the coffee flavor shines thru)
1 1/2 cup strong hot coffee
1 vanilla premiere shake (use YOUR fave)
I froth about 1/2 cup to make the cold foam on top! — Walmart has Frother for about $10 or you can get the Devotion Frother which is the best ever!!!
2 pours (1 pour is 2 Tablespoons) of S’mores Skinny Syrup

Calling all my Pickle lovers💙💙

Pickle Chicken kabobs💙

I took 2 chicken breasts, cleaned and cut into 1 inch pieces
I then sprinkled 1 pack of ranch powder on the chicken
Stuffed it into a glass mason jar and covered it with pickle juice!
Marinated 4 hours and placed in my sticks alternating chicken and pickles!
Yum yum yum
I airfried for about 12 minutes at 390
So yummy!
My family says they taste just like chic fil a grilled nuggets!

Angel Food Cake
Devotion

I found a much smaller little Bundt cake pan so I figured I’m gonna try to make a smaller version. I used five egg whites a half a teaspoon of cream of tartar. I beat that until the egg whites were extremely stiff. Then I folded in 1 scoop of the angel food devotion powder!! I went to put this into my oven and my oven would not light. I don’t know what’s going on if it’s the pilot light or what the issue was but then I panicked. What am I going to do with this? So I brought out the Insta pot and realized it has a cake button on it. I’ve never used it. I had no idea how to… the small Bundt pan fit perfectly into my Insta pot. I wasn’t sure if I should put water on the bottom I did not. I just close the lid. I hit the cake button and it ran for about 45 minutes, the cake came out amazing!!  I thought for sure it was ruined, but it was perfect! I will definitely be making it again in the Insta pot. I had no idea you could make a cake in there.

I could eat that angel food cake just as it is— an entire large angel food cake has four carbs in it. I am totally in love with this if I want a sweet snack I just rip off a piece. I dip it into my blueberry sauce.
It is amazing my husband wanted chocolate icing so I mixed up 1/2 scoop of the brownie batter devotion powder with some chocolate fairlife and made him some chocolate frosting!

Cheeseburger Roll Ups💙

I made a fathead dough for this one to optimize the carbs! (You can use a tube of cresent dough for the family!)
Basic Fat head dough:
Take 2 1/2 cups of shredded Mozzerella and 2 oz. Cream Cheese microwave in 30 second increments until it all comes together about 1.5 minutes… add 1 beaten egg mix together well!
Then add 1 cup almond flour and 1/3 teaspoon baking powder and 1 teaspoon garlic powder!
I pour this mixture out onto the counter and need it. It all comes together like a dough then I wrap it up. I put it in the fridge in cellophane for about 30 minutes then I roll it out to about 1/4 inch, using my rolling pin and two sheets of parchment paper into 8 x 6 rectangle!! 
I also rolled out 1 lb of ground beef same size as the dough…
Press it into the dough…
I lay out slices of American Cheese, press it down a bit… then I slice this into six long strips. I rolled them up and I stick them into a greased muffin pan.
Bake at 350 for 20 minutes!

Sweet Italian Sausage /Broccoli / Ricotta Spagetti Squash💙💙

(All I can say is WOW… sometimes I even amaze myself! This one is ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️)

Mondays are officially spaghetti squash nights at my home!
The family has started requesting them! 😁💙😁

Always start by cutting the squash long ways, core out the seeds, drizzle with olive oil, salt and pepper… place cut side down and bake with 1/2 cup of water for 25 minutes at 375– bring out, flip, let cool and pull your Spagetti strands out with a fork!

For this one I browned 1 lb of sweet Italian sausage, drain and set aside
I cut into bite sized pieces and steamed 1 broccoli crown for about 3 minutes seasoned with a good sprinkle of adobo (salt, pepper garlic) just to soften a bit… then I drizzled the broccoli with 2 Tbls melted butter and fresh minced garlic💙 set aside
1 took 1 1/2 cups ricotta cheese set aside

I mixed the other half of the stick of melted butter with Spagetti squash strands

I smeared about 1/2 the ricotta all over the empty squash boat, sprinkled half the sausage, half the broccoli, all the squash, and repeat… ricotta, sausage, broccoli then sprinkle mozzarella on top and baked at 350 for 40 minutes!
Oh MY!!
This one is amazing!

I made the other half a chicken parm version, I used sauted chicken tenderloins and Rao sauce… layered Rao sauce , layered a bit of ricotta, 1/3 thr ssyted chicken, all the squash, more sauce, more chicken, and mozzarella… baked at 350 for 30 minutes!
So yummy!

It’s the weekend! Perfect fall weekend breakfast!

Bari Bagel Bites stuffed with cream cheese💙💙

Take 3 cups of shredded Mozzerella
2 oz cream cheese — microwave in 30 second intervals to melt and bring this together… you don’t want to cook it. You just want to get it to the point where your Mozzerella and cream cheese melt and combine!
Then add 2 cups of Almond flour (I like the purple bag of Nut flour at Walmart)
1 Tablespoon p**f powder (aka… baking powder)
2 eggs
Combine well and knead it for 1 minute to bring it all together…

At this point, you could put them into a silicone bagel pan if you have one- ALDI had a nice one for super cheap… not sure if they still have them…

 I did half of my dough into bagels in the silicone bagel pan and then the other half I cut it into little one inch pieces and then I took it in my hand. I pressed it out. I stuck a piece of cream cheese into the middle and I closed it up I made a ball, then I brushed them with a coating of butter and sprinkled everything bagel seasoning on them… I then popped them into the oven at 400° about 20 -25 minutes. Each oven will vary, so make sure you watch them. Keep an eye on them after about 10 minutes and check them every five.
SOOOOO YUMMY!!! 💙💙 I perfer the balls with the cream cheese!!

(You won’t even miss the bread)

So many titles depending where your from!
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spray it — overlap 2 pieces of provolone cheese and place into a 400 degree oven for about 7 minutes— the edges will start to brown—
As your cheese shell bakes, prep your deli meats, lettuce, tomatoe, banana peppers, whatever sandwich toppings YOU love!
I bring out the cheese shell and I dab it with a paper towel just to pick up any excess grease and then I layer on all of the toppings that I like with my deli meat.
I fold it over and if you give it a few minutes, it crisps up as it sets.
Super yummy guilt free “hoagie”

Bari Rotel Nacho Dip

Who loves the Velveeta Rotel dip?? In my house we call it Football dip… it’s both of my boys favorite and always a request for Sunday football games!! After surgery I would not indulge in Velveeta it’s a horrible choice… so I had to come up with a hack!
(I promise you- if you make this dip, you would have no idea that it’s not Velveeta) my boys have no clue!

Start with 1 lb of ground beef (or use turkey or chicken)
Brown it and drain it!
Add 1 packet of Taco seasoning
Add 1 entire can of Rotel
Add 1 cup of shredded cheddar
Take a 24oz. Container of cottage cheese and blend it! Add that to the mix and stir well— simmer for about 5 minutes!
Enjoy!
Serve with Tostitos for the family and a bag of quest chips for you!
No guilt Football Dip or Taco Dip!

Pumpkin Protein Cake Pops💙

How many of you have that old cake pops machine from when your kids were small?? Let’s put it to good use!

1 Scoop Devotion Angel Food protein powder
1 egg
1/4 cup pumpkin
1/4 teaspoon p**f powder (baking)
1 Tabledpoon BrownSugar Skinny Syrup
Mix well in a bowl and put into a ziplock baggie- snip the tip and fill the hot holes— close the lid and cook for about 2 minutes!
I then took 1/4 scoop of angel food devotion powder and added 1 Tablespoon of the skinny syrup— let the balls cool a few minutes and dipped each into the frosting!
This came out ANAZING!! I will 100% be using this again!
This may be my favorite devotion creation yet!

Pork Tenderloin with A Mushroom Cream Sauce💙

1 Pork TENDERLOIN sliced into 1/2 inch slices— marinade with salt, pepper, garlic (adobo) and 1/4 cup of Worshtershire sauce… you can marinade this for 30 minutes or in the fridge overnight!
Chop 1 vadalia onion and 1 box of mushrooms… sauté these in 2 Tbls. Butter or olive oil for about 4 minutes… Set aside…
Mix sauce:
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup chicken broth
2 Tbls Dijon Mustard (I like the country one)
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
Set aside
In your sauté pan melt 2 Tbls butter or olive oil— pan sauté the pork tenderloin medallions for about 7 minutes— brown them nicely…
Add your sauce and mushroom mixture, mix well and simmer for about 5 minutes to reduce and thicken a bit!
Heavenly!

Apple and Brie stuffed Chicken Breast💙

1 chicken breast cleaned and sliced down the center — forming a pocket.
1/2 Honey Crisp Apple cored and sliced very thin — I use a mandolin… (and being very careful, still cut my hand!)
3 Baby Brie Cheeses or use Baby bell if you perfer!
I season my chicken with salt, pepper, garlic… today I used Kinder Prime Steak seasoning! (It’s a mix of black garlic and truffle) 💙💙

Marinade:
2 Tablespoons Dijon Mustard— I like the country one
2 Tablespoons s/f maple syrup (not fancy here, I use sugar free Mrs.butterworths😁)
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
Whisk together!

I put a spoon on my chicken, then layer your thin apples, slice your 3 Brie cheeses in half and layer those and another thin layer of apples— drizzle a little more sauce…
Fold your top chicken over, sprinkle with a little more seasoning— kinder prime— pour your sauce over the top and bake in a 375 oven for 20 minutes💙💙
This one is soooooo good!!
I let it cool and slice it into 1/4 inch slices! Soooooooo yummmmmmy!
