I am a huge lover of anything pickled. I love pickles banana peppers, pickled any vegetable. I just crave that sour pickled taste. So this one hit the spot for me!!
I used 2 hard boiled eggs, 1/4 cup of pickles, 1/4 cup banana peppers, 3/4 cup cottage cheese…  put it all out on your cutting board and chop away. It’s a little messy, but it is super yummy.
In the TikTok video, they drizzled some Sriracha on top. I did not go with the Sriracha, but this is fabulous!!
