Divine Reminder:

“Your Mind Has Intellect. Your Heart Has Intelligence!”

Our thoughts originate from our intellect, knowledge in our mind. Our thoughts can originate from past beliefs, negative emotions, and everything we already know, or have experienced, repeating the past.

Our hearts are loving, we connect with our intuition, our
spirit, and God. Our heart operates on a higher level of consciousness, unconditional love. Our hearts have emotional intelligence, not just knowledge. 40,000 sensory neurites in the heart communicate with our mind. In fact, our hearts can tell
our mind what to think. When we have loving thoughts, we will live a better life with far fewer problems.

When you solve problems with our hearts, Love, you create the
most loving actions, the will of God in our lives.

Take the 18” journey from mind to heart, and you will live the Will of God, peacefully and joyfully.

Sin is an archery term meaning “missing the mark.” The one great mark we can miss in living in our humanity and never living in our Divinity, our TRUE nature. I was given this message during INTENSE prayer while writing the H.E.A.L.E.D. system. In my desire to know how God viewed sin, Jesus appeared to me and gave me the answer. We ARE Divine First. When we are merely living only aware of our humanity, we are missing who we truly are and missing our Highest Blessing.

YOU, the REAL YOU, are in there, in your body seeking to become aware of your Higher Self. You came into this world, at this time, because you have a purpose to fulfill, despite everything that is going on, you are here to make change, an impression, become Conscious of your Self, Higher Self, so the Light of your spiritual Consciousness can be a beacon to others.

“Giving and Receiving are the Same!”

Have you ever felt depleted from giving? Or you give and it may not be appreciated? We have all felt like this at some point.

Here are 3 reasons why giving and receiving are simultaneous.

1. Your mind only knows what it experiences. That means when you give lovingly, you are experiencing Love in that moment. When you choose to focus on the “experience” of giving Love, you are filling yourself with Love.

2. There is ONLY this moment in time. Past and future don’t exist in this moment. Therefore, expecting to receive at a future date for giving now is a time illusion. If only this moment exists, enjoy the experience NOW. Give Love and Peace and Love and Peace will return to you in this moment.

3. Receiving is a state of Being, not a condition. You are a Divine child of God, living in a Loving Universes that generously gives you all the desires of your heart. Psalm 37:4 – “Delight yourself in the Lord and He will give you all the desires of your heart.” BE loving, joyful and have inner peace. These states of Being create and manifest miracles in this moment. Miracles and receiving are actually a process of radiation, not just attraction.

Radiate Love, Joy and Peace and all 3 will return more abundantly.

Do you feel an underlying tension in the world today? We can go about our lives, yet there is a stressful energy that feels beneath everything. We live in a very uncertain world today that is changing by the day with multiple deceptions. We can ignore it, address it and feel the stress, or have faith in the Laws of God, that, as these deceptions are being exposed, they are also being cleared out because ANYTHING against the Laws of God CANNOT survive.

God always WINS! How do we find Peace in the Chaos? Psalm 23 - “The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want. He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside the still waters. He restoreth my soul.” “Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me.”

Now that God is with you, your faith is strong and God always Wins, take these 3 steps to find inner Peace.

1. Mindfulness – When you feel stressed, come into Presence, breathe and have gratitude God is IN you, AROUND you and IN FRONT of you guiding you.

2. Love – Like Jesus, put yourself in the state of Love. See through Jesus’ eyes of Divine Love and your stress will dissipate knowing your Divine Love transmutes pain into appreciation and Love.

3. Forgive – God doesn’t see your sins. Likewise, forgiveness is an act of Divine Love. Give love and forgiveness and stress and anxiety will leave your body, mind and soul.

3 Steps and you will experience Peace in a temporarily chaotic world.

Sometimes, medications can make us think we’re getting healthier. But is it possible to overmedicate ourselves into sickness?

Overmedication or taking medication that is not necessary can lead to adverse side effects and even worsen the condition being treated. Overmedication can also suppress the body’s natural defense mechanisms, which can cause our immunity to be weakened and put us at risk of infection, heart attack, stroke, and addiction.

The curtain is being pulled back on many of the violations that are happening to humanity around the world. When God created heaven and earth from the void, the “Spirit of God,” (Genesis 1:1) is the Divine, creative life force that is the Source of ALL things. That means God’s Laws are also Universal Laws. These Laws are eternal and True. ANY act against these Laws will self-destruct. This is what we are seeing today in the world. The violations to humanity against the Laws of God and the universe are now being exposed as if they are Detoxing, clearing out, so a new world can be created, heaven on earth. If you ignore or comply with the world, keep your head in the sand, you will wash away with the rain. It’s RAINING NOW! If you take a stand for your rights, follow God’s Laws an NOT the world, you will stand on a mountain of Rock and thrive, while you witness those who are in the sand, in fact, quicksand, wash away in the metaphorical flood. LIVE ALIGNED! Live with faith! Guard your heart and mind from the world and put your life in God’s hands. Call to Jesus and He will come show you the way. Blessings to you ALL!

If you ask yourself that question, would you describe your personality traits, describe your job or titles, or for your roles in your life? Compared to how God sees, these may be more superficial answers. What’s your most powerful answer? You are a Divine eternal Spirit, living a human experience. You are created in the likeness of God, who’s Spirit is the same as yours. If God is universal Intelligence, creator of heaven and earth, then you carry that same Consciousness inside you. This is why Jesus came, to show us we are like Him, divine in our innate nature, Loving, joyful, non-judgmental, unconditionally Loving, peaceful and carry the wisdom of the Universe, all time and space inside us. The question is, “Are you aware of this in your life?” Do you at least have moments of this Consciousness. How do we live like this more often? Let’s ask ourselves our most powerful question EVERY morning and possibly throughout or day. “Who AM I?” Hopefully your answer will be related to: A child of God, Divinely Abundant, eternally Loving and joyful, connected to ALL others in Peace. Now THAT will change your life.

Generational trauma is the transmission of unresolved intergenerational experiences of adversity from one generation to the next. It is an inherited form of trauma, and its symptoms can manifest both mentally and physically, such as anxiety, depression, impaired emotional regulation and difficulty in forming deep, healthy relationships. It’s essential to acknowledge that even if we didn’t directly experience these traumas, we may still be affected by them, and it’s important to find ways to heal this trauma.

Every family and generation is affected by trauma to some degree. But by taking steps to heal trauma and build resilience, we can break the cycle, helping to create healthier and more positive environments for the generations yet to come.

In this episode, we are joined by Molly Rose Holmes for the second time to talk about how we can identify and break generational patterns. Dr. Fred and Molly also discuss how we become conditioned by limiting beliefs, why we need to look deep into our family roles, how to turn triggers into opportunities for healing, how we can access our purpose, and how we can help others find healing too.
