This Sunday, February 26th, Gorilla Ocho Films will be shooting a scene for a test pilot about what it's like to be an NJ filmmaker.

If anybody wants to be on camera to pitch their movie idea (a fake idea) ON CAMERA and also help by being part of the more significant scene as a featured extra, please let us know. The Film shoot takes place in Highland Park, NJ. PLEASE SEND US A MESSAGE.

Creating original concepts/scripts takes time so while we prep our next feature film, cartoon, album/S, musical, and short we figured we should challenge ourselves on a bi-weekly schedule to pump out content that allows us to just free-flow. The result? A 4-5 minute per episode web series about cynical freelancers with some talent but apparent delusions of grandeur. This entire process is like word vomit: a bit slimy, grimy, and crude but I'm sure someone will giggle. If one person laughs, then we've done our jobs.

2012: My best friend and I turned it into a feature.

2013: We redrafted and and ran a failed Kickstarter.

2014: We ran a failed Indiegogo, said “F**k it.”, and made it anyway.

2015: We win the Rahway International Film Festival’s Audience’s Choice Award.

2016: Gorilla Ocho Films keeps creating content and decide what is the best platform for the movie.
