Tim Malay timmalay Mr. Tim Malay General Sergretary of Solidarity House and President of CICA. He leads SH’s work to strengthen the working peoples in Country.

Tim Malay is responsible for leading the project, managing staff, building and coordinating the overall membership, and linking with other network and partners and network of civil society partners campaigning against deforestation, land grabbing, worker rights violation, social injustice, and hydro-power dam. Before establishing Cambodian Youth Network, Mr. Tim Malay worked as administration offi

cer of Cambodian Civil-Servants Association (CICA) from 2005-2010, where he managed the administration task of the organization. Tim Malay holds the Bachelor’s degree and Master’s degree in law at Royal University of Law and Economic (RULE) in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
