The GBI has arrested and charged Jackson County Emergency Management Agency (EMA) Director Philip Bryan Bullock, 50, of Hoschton, with two counts of Aggravated Assault, two counts of Cruelty to Children in the first degree, and two counts of Cruelty to Children in the second degree. Also arrested was Karee Whitlock Bullock, 48. She is charged with two counts of Cruelty to Children in the second degree. More on this story can be found here:

The GBI has arrested and charged Jessica Motes, age 36, of Gainesville…with Malice Murder, Felony Murder, Aggravated Battery and Cruelty to Children in the 1stdegree. Motes was previously arrested and charged with Concealing a Death for her involvement in the death of a 4-year-old child.

On Sunday, October 26…the GBI was requested by the Oakwood Police Department and the Hall County Sheriff’s Office to assist with a child death investigation. More on the story here:
