POWERING U was founded in 2015 to inspire and to enlighten people who are on a personal journey. With that in mind, we decided to create a platform to share the stories of great athletes and the things that motivate them. When it comes to MOTIVATION, athletes have been trained to push themselves to another level; leaders are trained to find what motivates a team, and personal motivators drive individuals.
