In this session, we will use this 60 mins to RESET and prepare for the week ahead. This is a great time to carve out a few mins from your 24-hour day to focus on self care while connecting with the community. This class is perfect for beginners and those who are more advanced, as it focuses on the correct placement and positioning of poses (“asanas”). Regular practice helps improve balance, strength, and flexibility while reducing stress and improving mindfulness. It is also great for Athletes and anyone wanting to improve flexibility and mobility. Stretching helps tight muscles to relax and recover, which helps improve balance and agility while preventing injuries.
