Did you know that as a Real Estate license holder that I am required by the Texas Real Estate Commission to renew my license every two years. In doing this I must take 18 hours in Continuing Education which include refresh my knowledge of the updated laws on real estate. This is my year, on top of keeping up with my license requirements I am also taking other courses for designations that will give me expertise in areas that I work. Stay tuned for updates to my license.
